Balcony Studio

Welcome to the balcony studio! A generously sized studio of 500 sqft. offering lots of natural bright light with crisp white walls and Parisian-style balconies overlooking St. Pauls. Our lifestyle studio is perfect for shoots that require a more intimate and furnished setting. The space is complete with double Parisian-style balconies which are a great feature to be used in shooting.

Here at HLD Studios, we offer subscription packages, ranging from 8 to 40 hours per month. These are fully tailorable to different individuals’ needs, as you can make up your monthly allocation by using a combination of different timeslots to fit your schedule!

Please note: Cancellations must be requested 48 hours prior to bookings- any cancellations less than 48 hours will incur a 20% non-refundable charge.
